When: Monday, September 14, 2009

Time: 1:00 pm Shotgun Start, Scramble Format

Cost: $195 includes green fees and cart, a box lunch, and the 19th Hole Beer Bash.

Transportation:  Round trip transportation will be provided.  The bus will leave from the Hotel no later than 12:00 NOON and return to the Hotel by approximately 7:30 pm.

Driving Directions:  If you choose to drive yourself to the Golf Course, please arrive no later than 12:30. Check back for driving directions.

Golf Club Check-in: When you check into the Hotel, you can check your clubs at the Bell Stand and your clubs will be delivered to the golf course. If you are not staying at the conference hotel, but would like your clubs delivered to the course, please check them at the Bell Stand Monday morning, September 14, by 9:00 am.

Club Rental: Golf club rental information will be announced.

Foursomes: You will receive your foursome assignment when you check into the conference on Monday.  Requests for foursomes will be considered if received prior to September 4th.  You will have an opportunity to put in a foursome request when you complete your registration.

19th Hole Beer Bash: Plan on attending the 19th Hole Beer Bash from 6:00 - 7:30 pm.  Non-golfers are also encouraged to attend.

Cancellation Policy: Golf cancellations must be received by August 28th to receive a credit. Substitutions are allowed any time, however, please notify us in advance.
