Spa Day Details
Location:  Burke Williams Spa ~ Orange 20 City Blvd West Bldg. C-3 Orange, CA 92868 Phone: 714-244-3205 Date:  Monday, October 12, 2009

Personal Spa Package Cost:  $195.00

Payment:  Your package fee is paid directly to the Spa.  You will be responsible for gratuities (20% recommended) and any additional services you request.  

Packages:  At the time you register for the conference, you will have the opportunity to choose your 1st and 2nd choices from the following spa packages and start times.  Because of the large volume of participants in a short period of time, some attendees will get their 2nd choice, based upon the availability of the spa. 

Spa Service Packages available:
    A. Massage, Manicure, Pedicure
    B. Massage, Facial
    C. 90 minute massage

START Times Available:
    A. No preference - any start time
    B. Between 9:30 and 11:30 am
    C. Between 11:00 and 1:00 pm
    B. Between 12:30 and 2:00 pm
    C. Between 1:30 and 3:00 pm
    D. Between 2:30 and 4:00 pm
    E. Between 3:30 and 5:00 pm

Schedule:   All treatment packages last approximately 2-3 hours total. You will be notified of your personal spa schedule (package details with start and end times) as we get closer to the conference date, based on availability.

Light refreshments will be provided at the Spa and restaurants are located in the Block at Orange shopping center where the spa is located. however, it is not recommended  that you eat a heavy meal before your treatments. 

Note: Cell phones, cameras and electrical devices are not permitted in the spa.

Start at Hyatt Regency Irvine, 17900 JAMBOREE RD,
1.       Go toward UNION - go 0.2 mi
2.       Make a U-Turn at MAIN ST onto JAMBOREE RD - go 0.2 mi
3.       Take ramp onto I-405 N - go 1.5 mi
4.       Take exit #9A/CA-55 S/CA-55 N onto CA-55 N toward #9A -go 4.2 mi
5.       Take exit #10B/SANTA ANA onto I-5 N - go 4.9 mi
6.       Take exit #107B/CHAPMAN AVE - go 0.3 mi
7.       Bear Left on W CHAPMAN AVE - go 0.2 mi
8.       Turn Left on THE CITY DR S - go 0.4 mi
9.       Turn Right on SHOPPERTAINMENT WAY
10.   Turn Right on CITY BLVD W
11.   Arrive at 20 CITY BLVD W, ORANGE
